LifeBreath® is a high level and extremely powerful, transformational self-help tool that affects the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being of its practitioners.

To learn the LifeBreath® Technique you can attend a group class or participate in a private session. Listening to the LifeBreath CD can introduce a student to the LifeBreath® Technique. Once learned, individuals can “breathe” on their own and continue group or private classes. Attendees learn to improve their “everyday ordinary breathing”, and also learn to use LifeBreath® for stress management, enhanced energy, focus and creating a more connected, sacred life.

As obvious as it may seem, we know that breathing is essential for life. However, understanding how to improve your breathing to improve your life, is not something that should be taken for granted nor lightly. LifeBreath is a viable tool to help improve your health, well-being, and sense of peace and balance.
 
Each month, members of ORC join my breathing session, learning and experiencing three basic components of LifeBreath. First, they get to practice a full, group LifeBreath session. This experience can be quite cathartic and life-changing. For some, this is as simple as a state of deep relaxation and peace that they had never experienced before. For others, they may let go of old emotional baggage that has been holding them back from experiencing higher levels of peace and happiness in their life.
 
The second component of LifeBreath is learning to breathe better in every day life. We learn simple, deep, diaphragmatic breathing that generates better health on nearly every level. Almost every holistic doctor and practitioner recommends “belly breathing” as one of the most important pieces to radiant health and well-being.
 
Lastly, LifeBreath gives you a wonderful tool for coping with the stresses in life. I recommend that individuals either use a few minutes of LifeBreath daily as a means to reduce stress overall, or take a time-out whenever a stressful situation occurs to help avoid taking the stress inwardly as opposed to  “letting go” .
