	Beth Bielat Beth is the founder of the LifeBreath® Institute. She is also co-founder of the Bushido Karate Dojo & Fitness Center located in Casco, Maine. She is a 6th degree Black Belt with 37 years of experience in martial arts. Beth has numerous martial arts champoinship titles among them she was the "Master of the Year" in the World Karate Hall of Fame. She is a published author and video fitness professional. A certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Professional, Positive Living Consultant and Life Coach. 	Susan Curran Cape Elizabeth, ME 04107 narrucs@ hotmail.com 207-671-7797 Sue has been breathing since 2002. She liked it so much she became a LifeBreath® Facilitator in 2003. Sue is also a Reiki Master, licensed massage therapist, and a karate instructor.
	Valerie Davis Reverand Valerie Davis is an ordained metaphysical minister and holds a practitioners diploma through the International Metaphysical Ministry University Seminary. She has a bachelor’s degree in Metaphysical Science and is continuing her studies in this field. Valerie employs spiritual, breath and centering methods to empower the individual to self improve and free energy. Valerie is also a life counselor, a certified LifeBreath® Facilitator, and a Reiki Practitioner with 15 years experience in meditation and spiritual awareness counseling. Her passion in life is helping others heal themselves physically, emotionally and spiritually.
	Fran Dombrowski, D.C. Gray, ME info@graychiro.com Fran has been a chiropractor for over 25 years and a Lifebreath facilitator since 2004. She enjoys exploring the link between mind and body as related to health and wellness. In her spare time she listens to music, putters in her gardens and does Tai Chi.

She splits her time between Maine and North Carolina. Janice took her first LifeBreath class in 2005 with her daughter while in Maine for the summer. She wanted to continue the LifeBreath sessions but no one was offering LifeBreath in North Carolina so she took Beth's training the following spring. "Beth is a wonderful trainer and taught me so much more than LifeBreath. It changed my life." Janice DeMille. Janice is also a Reiki Level II. She and her husband enjoy biking and have done many 3-5 day treks. Janice her 50th birthday by placing first in a triathlon for her age group and second woman overall. Fitness has always been a priority for Janice.
